July 17, 2010- 8am-12pm- TRAC (Tactics, Response, and Control) Ground Defense

TRAC Ground Defense

Master Greg Goepfert

The TRAC Ground Defense course focuses solely on ground defense tactics.  The course covers everything from how to sprawl away from a low tackle to freeing yourself from a mounted position.

This course was designed for Law Enforcement/Corrections by certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu IIMAA President Greg Goepfert- IIMAA Training ConferenceInstructors and Law Enforcement/Corrections Defensive Tactics experts.

TRAC Ground Defense is usually offered only to law enforcement officers; however, we have developed an instructor program that can be offered to martial arts instructors that have an interest in teaching at their local law enforcement agencies.

This course is broken down into 4 levels. Exclusively at the IIMAA Training Conference we are offering the Level 1 Instructor course. The Level 1 Instructor course will be an intensive 4 hours of training. We are able to shorten the time frame of this course at the IIMAA Training Conference do to the fact that we are dealing with martial arts instructors with vast experience in the martial arts. This course will open up a whole new market for the school owner/instructor.

GM Perry's Iron-Wing Aikijujitsu

Iron-Wing Aikijujitsu Founder Grandmaster Jody Perry

Iron-Wing Aikijujitsu was created by GM Perry by combining aspects of  from Greco-Roman Wrestling "Iron", Wing Chun "Wing", Aikido and Jujitsu. The application is "Close Contact Hand Fighting"....Hand traps, grip releases, throws, and takedowns. The techniques and drills are also created to produce an "Efficient Ambidextrous" fighter. These techniques and drills result from 42 years on the mat with 20 years of Martial Arts training. These techniques and drills will help the athlete train outside of "their box" whatever that is. This program will help anyone and everyone (with little or no skill) be able to efficiently switch from a right handed fighter to a left handed fighter or vise-versa. Includes footwork from Aikido and Escrima. This program will show right handed fighters how to beat a left handed fighter, something many right handed fighters seem to have a problem with.

Developed by Ms. Smith and Grandmaster Wonik Yi, the creator and Founder of Tukong Moosul, Janell Vela Smith- IIMAA Training ConferenceTukong Combat Kickboxing is a fresh approach to Kickboxing, which incorporates cool choreography, katas, bag work and conditioning. Grandmaster Wonik Yi is the founder of the World Tukong Moosul Federation and holds a 9th degree black belt, the highest designation in the Martial Arts. He then went into the Korean Special Forces. There are now over 300,000 soldiers training each year in Tukong Martial Arts.

Tukong Combat Kickboxing was developed as we discovered a growing number of people wanting to learn the arts, but with limited time in our fast paced society. Tukong Combat Kickboxing uses the basic kicks, punches, and blocks from the martial art of Tukong, combined with a cardiovascular/resistance workout. Tukong Combat Kickboxing is a total body workout that not only builds and tones muscle, but taught correctly will burn over 800 calories per hour.  It will also teach students the basics of self-defense.  This can be a great advertising tool to entice consumers into taking Tukong Combat Kickboxing, stressing the term "BASICS" of self-defense.
